Shipping and return policy

Prices do not include the cost of shipping, which is the responsibility of the buyer, except for promotions that offer free shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total purchase and the shipping location and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Prices will be displayed in US dollars (USD).

Products will usually be delivered by DHL.

DHL offers a Door-to-Door delivery method: deliveries are made to the address you provide when placing your order.

All orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days and typically take between 3 to 6 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.

You can track your shipment using the tracking code provided at the time of dispatch, either through the shipping company’s tracking system or the Customer Service Center. You can also check the tracking status from the branch closest to the delivery address.

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These are not added to your order total in the checkout and must be paid upon arrival of the shipment to the destination country.
